ESTATE OF JENO PAUL ROSENBLATT, Deceased (2009-4513/A) — At the call of the calendar in this proceeding for an order to remove a co-executor, the court sua sponte ordered Janet Rosenblatt and Jay Rosenblatt each to account as co-executor of the estate of Jeno Paul Rosenblatt (SCPA 2205). The application to remove a co-executor was therefore held in abeyance pending proceedings on such account. The clerk of the court shall send a letter to the co-executors containing a copy of this decision. The co-executors shall file their accounts, together with petitions for their judicial settlement, within 30 days of the date of such letter.
