Holland & Knight has added two partners from Chadbourne & Parke. John Sarchio joins the firm as chair of the insurance industry practice team. He was the cofounder and co-head of Chadbourne’s insurance and reinsurance practice group. Richard Liskov, formerly special counsel at Chadbourne, also joins as a partner.
Reed Smith has added Jeff Legault as a partner in its firmwide corporate and securities practice. Legault, who focuses on business combinations, including mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions, was a partner at Goodwin Procter.
