ESTATE OF GLADYS C. LURIA, Deceased (1945/D-K/05) — In this uncontested application, petitioner asks the court to revoke letters testamentary and letters of trusteeship issued to him in the estate of Gladys C. Luria on the ground that he is now disqualified from serving as a fiduciary.

Accordingly, the letters testamentary and letters of trusteeship previously issued to petitioner are revoked. Letters of administration c.t.a. and letters of successor trusteeship for the trusts for the benefit of Joan L. Fisher under Articles VI and VII of decedent’s will shall issue to Richard C. Yeskoo upon his duly qualifying. Letters of successor trusteeship for the trust for the benefit of Robert Luria under Article IX shall issue to Benjamin Rothfeld upon his duly qualifying. Letters of successor trusteeship for the trust for the benefit of Amy Luria, now known as Amy Nissenbaum, under Article IX shall issue to Jake Nissenbaum upon his duly qualifying.
