ESTATE OF ROSARIO DRAGO, Deceased — Pursuant to a decision and order of the court dated November 9, 2012, the parties were directed to appear for a disclosure conference on December 12, 2012. A copy of the court decision was mailed to counsel for the fiduciary and to an attorney who submitted papers on behalf of the objectant.

ESTATE OF ROSARIO DRAGO, Deceased — Pursuant to a decision and order of the court dated November 9, 2012, the parties were directed to appear for a disclosure conference on December 12, 2012. A copy of the court decision was mailed to counsel for the fiduciary and to an attorney who submitted papers on behalf of the objectant.

On the December 12, 2012 conference date, counsel for the fiduciary appeared and there was no appearance by the objectant. As there is a possibility that the objectant is now pro se, the court adjourned the disclosure conference to January 28, 2013 and the adjourned conference date is marked “final” against the objectant. In the event that no one appears on behalf of the objectant on January 28, 2013, the objectant is hereby apprised that her objections may be dismissed on that basis.
