E. Michael Kavanagh, a former justice of the Appellate Division, Third Department who left the bench on Dec. 31, has joined National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM), an alternative dispute resolution provider.
Gregory Ruback has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the finance practice. Ruback, who was a partner at Proskauer Rose, represents corporate borrowers, including private equity firms, and financial institutions and agents in bilateral and syndicated acquisition and working capital financings.
