Eastern District U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch has announced several recent promotions.
Steven Tiscione has been named chief of the Narcotics Section and International Narcotics Strike Force. He joined the office in 2005. His legal background includes a stint as a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose. Since 2011, Tiscione, a 2002 Yale Law School graduate, has served as acting deputy chief and then deputy chief of the Narcotics Section.
