Nancy Brodie has been appointed as chief of the Commercial and Real Estate Litigation Division at the New York City Law Department. Brodie, who has been deputy chief of the division since 2003, replaces Eric Rundbaken, who has retired. Also, Eric Eichenholtz has been promoted to chief of the Law Department’s Labor and Employment Law Division. Eichenholtz, who has served as deputy chief of the division since the fall, replaces Georgia Pestana, who recently became a member of the office’s executive staff.
Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has added Alan Arkin as a litigation partner. He was a partner at Schiff Hardin.
