Elizabeth Geddes has been named chief of the organized crime and gangs section in the Eastern District U.S. Attorney’s Office. Geddes, who joined the office in 2006, has served since July 2011 as deputy chief of the general crimes section.
Buffalo-based Goldberg Segalla has added five partners to its Manhattan office in the professional liability, business and commercial, and product liability practice groups: Emilio Grillo and Steven Capobianco, from Carroll, McNulty & Kull; Peter Biging and Jennifer Feldscher, from Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith; and Edward Birnbaum, from Herzfeld & Rubin. Also, Eric Cohen has joined the firm as special counsel from Donovan Hatem.
