ESTATE OF JOSEPH BARRAFATO, SR., Deceased (674/12); (674/A/12) — In this contested limited administration proceeding, a Stipulation of Settlement resolving the issue of who will serve as limited administrators was filed with this Court. Additionally, the Stipulation of Settlement contained a reservation of who is the surviving spouse until the compromise proceeding.

The Guardian ad Litem, appointed on behalf of an incapacitated person who is an alleged wife of the decedent, has filed his report wherein he recommends the approval of the terms of the Stipulation of Settlement as being in the best interest of his ward. The signature of the Guardian ad Litem upon the Stipulation of Settlement is hereby ratified. The fee of the Guardian ad Litem is fixed in the amount of $2,450.00.
