Wendy Goldstein, a health care regulatory lawyer and former member of Epstein Becker & Green’s board of directors, has left to become a partner at Cooley. Goldstein chaired Epstein’s health care and life science practice steering committee and the firm’s pharmaceutical industry health regulatory group. She counsels on research, manufacture, promotion, distribution, pricing and import/export of pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices.

Cooley CEO Joe Conroy said Goldstein and Cooley have worked for some of the same clients. Conroy said Goldstein’s move didn’t reflect a move to flee Epstein but to join "a bigger and better platform that allows her to sell a broad array of services." Goldstein was not available to comment Monday.
