Hudson Yards, the development currently under construction on Manhattan’s West Side bordering Midtown and Chelsea, has captured the attention of several high-profile companies. Industry leaders L’Oréal USA, in beauty and fashion, and SAP AG, in enterprise software applications, will join another major player Coach Inc., the upscale handbag and fashion brand at Hudson Yard’s 1.7 million-square-foot South Tower, at 10th Avenue and 30th St.

Also recently, a joint venture of Related Companies and Oxford Property Group, the developers of Hudson Yards, announced that it has closed on $1.4 billion in equity investments and debt financing and who, along with Coach, are equity investors.
