ESTATE OF ANTHONY A. MELENDEZ, Deceased (77/13) — In this application by an alleged creditor seeking the issuance of letters of administration to the Public Administrator limited to the extent of defending the creditor's claim and paying any recovery thereon to the extent that such defense and payment are covered by the terms of an insurance policy, it now appears that jurisdiction was obtained over the decedent's sole distributee, his spouse, without any appearance in opposition, and the Public Administrator and the petitioner entered into a written stipulation that was "so-ordered" by the court consenting to the issuance of the limited letters requested.

Accordingly, the application is granted and a decree may be settled granting letters of administration to the Public Administrator limited in the manner requested in the petition and the so-ordered stipulation.
