Expanding its Manhattan campus by more than twice its size, Nyack College has signed a 20-year lease for 166,354 square feet at 2 Washington St. and part of 17 Battery Place North.

The college will be relocating from its current space at 361 Broadway, where it has been leasing about 72,000 square feet since 2001. It also leases about 12,000 square feet at 17 Battery Place South, accommodating a partial move until the new space in the North building is ready on May 1.
