More than six months after Hurricane Sandy, lawyers at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy are still waiting to return to their downtown Manhattan offices at 7 Hanover Square.
Attorneys at Fragomen, which is a subtenant of Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, say they received little information over several months about the condition of the building or a realistic time frame for moving back in.
