MYRNA DAWN FELSHMAN, ap, v. DOROTHY YAMALI, ET AL., res — (INDEX NO. 9656/11)In an action, inter alia, to set aside certain conveyances as fraudulent pursuant to Debtor and Creditor Law §§273, 273-a, and 276, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Parga, J.), entered November 28, 2011, as granted those branches of the defendants’ motion which were pursuant to CPLR 3211(a) (5) to dismiss the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, ninth, and tenth causes of action, and pursuant to CPLR 3211(a)(7) to dismiss the eighth cause of action.

ORDERED that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof granting those branches of the defendants’ motion which were pursuant to CPLR 3211(a)(5) to dismiss the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth causes of action, and substituting therefor provisions denying those branches of the motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
