Four federal prosecutors have been selected by the New York City Bar to receive this year’s Henry L. Stimson Medal. The winners, who will be honored at the City Bar tomorrow, are assistant U.S. attorneys Stephen Ritchin and Pierre Armand from the Southern District and Deborah Zwany and Elizabeth Geddes from the Eastern.
Ritchin has been with the Southern District for 18 years, rising to co-head of the major crimes unit. He is now co-chief of the White Plains Division. Armand has been with the Civil Division for eight years, most recently serving as deputy chief of tax and bankruptcy.
