McKenna Long & Aldridge has added Jonathan Ballan as a partner who will head the New York public finance group and will cochair the infrastructure and public-private partnerships practice. Ballan was head of the New York public finance practice at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo. Also, Robert Senzer is joining the firm as counsel. He was counsel at Mintz Levin.
Winston & Strawn had added William Lang as a partner in the real estate practice. Lang, who was a partner at Nixon Peabody, focuses on commercial real estate transactions and financing matters.
