A trio of Chadbourne & Parke partners have left for Hogan Lovells’ litigation and arbitration practice. The new additions at Hogan include Oliver Armas, who was co-head of Chadbourne’s international arbitration group, and Phoebe Wilkinson, former co-head of Chadbourne’s product liability group. Also leaving is Luis Enrique Graham, who will work in Mexico City and partly in New York for Hogan. Armas and Wilkinson are based in New York.

Armas represents foreign and domestic clients in arbitrations and has supervised litigation and conducted Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations in Latin America, according to Hogan. Wilkinson focuses on domestic and international disputes, in particular products liability matters on behalf of pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer appliance companies. Graham focuses on international arbitration, civil and commercial litigation and anticorruption regulations.
