ESTATE OF FRANCES MULLEN, Deceased (2983/C/10) — In this highly contested estate, all issues raised by the parties were resolved pursuant to a stipulation entered into on the record in open court. The stipulation provided inter alia, the pro se objections filed by Michael Mullen would be withdrawn; the testamentary instrument dated July 17, 2008 would be admitted to probate; letters testamentary c.t.a. would issue to the Public Administrator; and all estate assets would be distributed in the manner stipulated on the record. As indicated by the court, the terms of the stipulation and the court's statements on the record constitute the order of the court.
