Philadelphia-based Urban Outfitters Inc. will be opening a new store at 1333 Broadway, at the corner of 35th Street. The international fashion retailer has signed a 15-year lease for more than 56,700 square feet, covering three levels: the ground and second floors and lower level.
The 12-story, 364,716-square-foot office building is owned by 1333 Broadway Associates, LLC, a partnership led by Peter Malkin, chairman of Malkin Holdings, and his son Anthony Malkin, president of the company, which also manages the W&H Properties portfolio.
