Cahill Gordon & Reindel has expanded its New York City headquarters by 13,500 square feet at 80 Pine St. in the Financial District. The corporate and financial law firm has a new seven-year lease with Rudin Management Company Inc., bringing its presence to an overall total of 250,000 square feet.
"Expansion was envisioned in the ordinary course of our planning and simply reflects the firm's continued steady growth," said Michael Colpo, the firm's executive director. "We have a long standing and successful relationship with Rudin Management."
