ESTATE OF HUGUETTE M. CLARK Deceased. (1375/A/95) — This motion seeks to compel production of various documents which contestants previously withheld or presented in redacted form. Petitioner Bock has simultaneously moved for summary judgment which would ordinarily stay discovery. However, that motion was denied from the bench and the stay is thus terminated. Movant's supporting papers are a tribute to the thoroughness with which petitioner has prepared this case. It is now time, however, for the parties to proceed to trial.
