N-17734-11, N-17735-11, N-17736-11 N-17749-11, N-17745-11)In related proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, (1) the mother appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of fact-finding of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Freundlich, J.), dated February 16, 2012, as, after a hearing, found that she abused the child Robert A., and (2) the father appeals, as limited by his brief, from stated portions of an order of disposition of the same court dated February 29, 2012, which, upon the order of fact-finding dated February 16, 2012, finding, inter alia, that he had abused the child Robert A., inter alia, determined that he derivatively neglected the children Alicia A. and Ayden C., placed him under the supervision of the Suffolk County Department of Social Services for a period of one year, and directed him to have no contact with the children Alicia A. and Ayden C. for a period of one year.

ORDERED that the order of factfinding is affirmed insofar as appealed from by the mother, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
