An Appellate Division, First Department, panel on Tuesday suspended a former name partner at Thompson Wigdor for one year for knowingly submitting an inaccurate expert report in an employment discrimination case (NYLJ, June 7, 2011).

The attorney, Scott Gilly, had already been suspended for one year by the Southern District on Feb. 5, and he stopped practicing law voluntarily on Feb. 28 in anticipation of a reciprocal disciplinary proceeding by the state’s Departmental Disciplinary Committee.
