A Rochester attorney who has been repeatedly criticized for misconduct and who was sanctioned more than $20,000 in the past year has been suspended in both state and federal court.
The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York last week suspended Christina Agola, whose practice focuses on civil rights and employment discrimination claims.
