MOSHE GOLD, def, CHESED VEMES res — (INDEX NO. 807/10)In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Spodek, J.), dated October 25, 2011, as denied their motion for leave to enter judgment against the defendant Chesed Vemes, upon its default in appearing or answering the complaint, denied that branch of their separate motion which was for leave to enter judgment against the defendant Private One of New York, LLC, upon its default in appearing or answering the complaint, and granted the separate cross motions of those defendants to vacate their defaults and to compel the plaintiffs to accept service of their respective answers.
