ESTATE OF VERNITA BELL, Deceased (680/12) — On the August 15, 2013 return date of separate orders to show cause and petitions, one by a former attorney for the administrator c.t.a. which included a temporary restraining order, and one by the current attorney for the administrator c.t.a. seeking to strike part of the temporary restraining order, the parties entered into a global settlement on the record in open court resolving both orders to show cause, which were withdrawn. The parties' stipulation was spread on the record and so-ordered by the court on the record in open court.

The parties’ stipulation was spread on the record and so-ordered by the court on the record in open court.

The parties have now filed a written stipulation dated September 12, 2013 which amends the so-ordered stipulation of August 15, 2013 only with respect to requiring written notice to the present attorney for the administrator c.t.a. in the event of a default in payment by the administrator c.t.a., and adding a five-day cure period from the time of such notice.
