Labor and employment firm Littler Mendelson has named Bruce Millman as its new managing shareholder of its Manhattan office. Beginning Jan. 1, 2014, Millman will take over the position from Craig Benson, who will return to his employment litigation practice.

Millman, 65, counsels employers on business and personnel strategies. He focuses on business restructuring, wage-and-hour matters, New York employment law issues, labor management relations, discrimination and harassment issues, among others. He is a former chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
