The Office of the Appellate Defender will hold its 20th Anniversary First Monday in October fundraising event tonight at the New York University School of Law’s Vanderbilt Hall at 40 Washington Square South. Matrimonial attorney Myrna Felder and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett partner Roy Reardon will cochair the event.
The Gould Award for legal advocates will be presented to Barry Scheck, codirector of the Innocence Project and partner at Neufeld, Scheck & Brustin, and Paul Shechtman, a partner at Zuckerman Spaeder.
