ESTATE OF ANTHONY D'ANDREA, A/K/A ANTHONY F. D'ANDREA, Deceased. (467/B, E/10) — This pending proceeding was scheduled for a conference with a member of the Court's Law Department on October 1, 2013. At that time, however, only Ronald J. Mazzucco, Esq., and Jonathan B. Behrins, Esq., appeared to advise the Court that the discovery schedule set by the Court had not been fully complied with. The Law Offices of Charles A. Gruen, counsel to Lyon Financial Services, and Smith Carroad Levy & Wan, P.C., counsel to Time Payment Corp., failed to appear. Counsel were, therefore, seeking an adjournment to a later date to enable them to comply with the discovery schedule.

Accordingly, this matter was adjourned to 10:00 a.m. on December 10, 2013, at which time all counsel are directed to appear for a conference with a member of the Law Department. Prior to that date, the Behrins Law Firm shall have responded to the discovery demands from Lyon Financial Services, and the deposition of Paul Cerneglia shall have taken place.
