MATTER OF THE INTER VIVOS TRUST ESTABLISHED BY VINCENT SOFI, Deceased (2855/D/08) — All issues in this proceeding by several trust beneficiaries concerning attorneys' fees and disbursements were settled pursuant to the terms of a stipulation that was "so-ordered" by the court. Counsel for all parties have notified the court that all payments were made pursuant to the terms of the stipulation and accordingly request that the court mark this proceeding "withdrawn" and lift the stay of distributions from the trust contained in the order to show cause dated June 20, 2013.
