A state judge has denied Greenberg Traurig’s bid to dismiss a legal malpractice case on summary judgment.
Allen Roberts, an Epstein Becker & Green member who is represented by his firm, is suing Greenberg and its shareholder Leslie Corwin, an expert on partnership law. Roberts had retained Greenberg and Corwin as counsel in an arbitration against a firm he founded, Roberts & Finger, to recover his share of partnership interest.
