For the third time, the Unified Court System is seeking comment about proposed amendments to Uniform Civil Rules for Supreme and County Court on the redaction of confidential personal information filed in civil cases.
The latest version of the amendments to 22 NYCRR §202.5(e) was filed on Nov. 22 and is open to public comment until Jan. 27, 2014.
