ESTATE OF ROBERT VAN DROSS, Deceased. (535/A/07) — This Court by Decision dated August 19, 2013 and Decree dated September 16, 2013, granted an application to compromise a personal injury cause of action on behalf of a decedent.

The Court has been informed of an error regarding the distribution of the net proceeds. Upon review of the submitted documents, the decision of this Court, dated August 19, 2013, and decree dated September 16, 2013 are hereby amended to reflect the net balance in the amount of $11,072.98, rather than $10,803.98, and shall be paid as follows: $1,107.30 to Kim Vandross; $1,107.30 to Roxane Vandross; $1,107.30 to Altermices Vandross; $1,107.30 to Roberta Mayville; $1,107.30 to Gladys Vandross; $1,107.30 to Christine Mayville; $1,107.30 to Andrea Mayville; $1,107.30 to Robert Mayville; $1,107.30 to Bobbie Vandross; and $1,107.29 to Rosemarie Vandross.
