Former Zuckerman Spaeder litigator C. Evan Stewart has joined Cohen & Gresser as a partner in the firm’s litigation and arbitration group.
Stewart handles litigation on commercial, antitrust, bankruptcy, class action defense, ethics and intellectual property matters. Stewart, 61, has been a partner at 90-lawyer Zuckerman Spaeder since 2006. He was managing partner of Zuckerman’s New York office for several years. Before Zuckerman, he was a partner at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner and previously executive vice president and general counsel for the Nikko Securities Co. International Inc.
