A healthcare management company has brought a legal malpractice suit against Anderson Kill, alleging the law firm botched a claim against its insurance company, leading to more than $10 million in damages.

In underlying litigation, White Plains-based Women’s Integrated Network (WIN), which manages obstetric and infertility care, was sued by a former employee for wrongful termination. WIN said it had at least $10 million in employment liability insurance, but an insurer for the company, U.S. Specialty Insurance Co., denied coverage.
