A judge in Queens is urging law enforcement officials to tap into video technology such as Skype and Google Hangouts to help witnesses make identifications while out of state or out of the country.
Supreme Court Justice Robert Charles Kohm’s (See Profile) suggestion last week was nestled into an otherwise garden-variety suppression decision involving a federal employee accused of stealing from international travelers at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
