A Long Island attorney has been arrested on charges he failed to file his New York State personal income tax returns for more than three years.

William Turkish of Syosset was arrested and charged on Thursday with three counts of fourth-degree criminal tax fraud for allegedly not filing his state personal income returns for tax years 2008, 2009 and 2010, representing a liability of $27,986 owed to the state.
