Leslie Corwin, an expert on partnership law, is leaving Greenberg Traurig to join Blank Rome as an equity partner.
Corwin, in an interview with the New York Law Journal, said the size of Greenberg, which has about 1,700 lawyers firm wide, had become an issue. Corwin has served as a principal shareholder at Greenberg since 1998.
