IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH MATTHEW BONANSINGA, De-ceased. (08-899/D) — This pending ac-counting proceeding last appeared on the Court Calendar on January 29, 2014. At that time, Jack Stern, Esq., appeared for the Objectant, and Brian Solomon, Esq., appeared for the Petitioner. Mr. Stern re-ported that Mr. Solomon had failed to pro-vide him with a signed copy of a transcript, although directed to do so by the Court. Mr. Solomon advised the Court that this was because he was still waiting for his client to return a signed copy of the tran-script to his office.

Accordingly, the matter is adjourned to February 19, 2014 at 9:30 a.m., at which time, if Petitioner has not returned a signed copy of the transcript to Mr. Solomon by February 14, 2014, she is directed to ap-pear in Court to show cause why she should not be held in contempt.
