Gross, J.), entered October 25, 2010. The order denied defendant Windortech, LLC's motion to vacate a default judgment. The appeal from the order entered October 25, 2010 brings up for review so much of an order of the same court entered May 10, 2011 as, upon reargument, adhered to the prior determination and denied the branch of defendant's motion seeking leave to renew (see CPLR 5517 [b]).
