Consumers who purchased computers or other electronic gadgets containing Dynamic Random Memory Access (DRAM) chips between 1998 and 2002 are eligible to seek price-fixing damages under a settlement announced Tuesday by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.
Schneiderman said a $310 million fund has been created as a result of litigation initiated by New York and several other states against DRAM manufacturers accused of conspiring to fix prices.
