ESTATE OF ANTHONY J. CASCARDO, Deceased (08/349) — In this pending proceeding decedent's Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate following a ten day jury trial, and that issue is currently pending before the Appellate division. There remains to be decided by this Court only a motion regarding the division of the net proceeds from the sale of real property, currently being held by the Public Administrator of Richmond County.

ESTATE OF ANTHONY J. CASCARDO, Deceased (08/349) — In this pending proceeding decedent’s Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate following a ten day jury trial, and that issue is currently pending before the Appellate division. There remains to be decided by this Court only a motion regarding the division of the net proceeds from the sale of real property, currently being held by the Public Administrator of Richmond County.

Inasmuch as the Court is in receipt of an Affidavit of Service evidencing that the movant, Debra Cascardo, was served with a copy of the Court’s Order relieving her counsel from further representation, this matter is restored to the Court’s Calendar for 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2014, at which time Vishnick, McGovern, Milizio, LLP and the movant’s new counsel are directed to appear, along with counsel for the Public Administrator, to see if all parties have complied with the discovery schedule previously set forth herein, and to schedule a hearing date.
