A suspended Long Island attorney has been arrested on charges she stole more than $16,000 in escrow funds.
Susan Odery of Long Beach was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree grand larceny, a D felony, in connection to an April 2012 closing where she represented the sellers. She pleaded not guilty and was released on her own recognizance.
