The New York State Athletic Commission board on Wednesday unanimously confirmed Manhattan attorney David Berlin as executive director of the panel which governs boxing in the Empire State.
Berlin, a graduate of Princeton University and New York University School of Law, is well-known in the boxing industry for his representation of fighters, trainers, managers and promoters, and his authorship of several articles on the legal aspects of the sport.
