ESTATE OF HELEN SZCZERBA, Deceased. (10/52/A) — This is a proceeding for the judicial settlement of the account of the administratrix of this estate. Pursuant to this Court’s decision dated January 25, 2013, the Administratrix has filed, upon notice of settlement, an affidavit bringing her account up to date with a final accounting decree.

Jurisdiction having been obtained over all necessary parties, and no objections having been filed, the application for the judicial settlement of the administratrixs account is hereby granted. Attorney fees and commissions are approved in the amounts set forth in the accounting. The remainder of the relief requested within the account of proceeding is granted in all respects.
