A golfer who was injured when his cart flipped over while he drove down a slippery slope may sue course operators, an upstate appeals court decided Thursday.
A unanimous Appellate Division, Third Department panel said the cart accident at issue in Rose v. Tee-Bird Golf Club, 516687, is not among the “commonly appreciated risks which are inherent in and rise out of the nature” of golf.
