The state court system and a union representing nearly 40 percent of its workforce have tentatively reached agreement on a contract that will boost pay 6 percent in three increments over the next two years.
Members of the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA), who have been working without a contract for the past three years, will receive raises of 2 percent on Oct. 1 of this year, April 1, 2015 and April 1, 2016 under a deal announced Friday. The agreement is subject to ratification by the CSEA and approval by the Legislature.
