Oleg Cassini. The petition is opposed. Oleg Cassini died on March 17, 2006. The decedent was survived by his wife, Marianne Nestor Cassini (referred to in the decedent’s will as Marianne Nestor) and two daughters from a prior marriage, Christina Cassini and Daria Cassini. Marianne Nestor Cassini was appointed executor of the estate and trustee by this court on August 15, 2007.
