The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District has tapped James McGovern to head its criminal division, the office announced Wednesday.
McGovern, previously the division’s deputy chief, will replace Marshall Miller, who was promoted to be second-in-command at the U.S. Justice Department’s criminal division (NYLJ, April 23).
